Hi again guys!! It's been a little while since I've had time to post but I found some ^_^

A little back story on my score

  

My aunt wanted to set up at a mom to mom sale, I thought I'd join her.

I bought a table and I brought lots of toys, well nothing but toys.  It was an interested experience, but it was unfortunately poorly advertised so not allot of people showed up.  You could tell that the venders were super upset about it, understandably.  It was a bit disappointing but I think I'd try it again.  

During one of the many lulls I went and walked around the venders hall.

I didn't find allot because it was mostly baby/clothing items.

Well one lady had a bag of toys on her table.  I asked how much she said $1 each.  I looked and only bought the gold Lion Guard.  She also had the unkown bunny toys and the pins on her table.  I talked to her for a bit and apparently she had so many, because they had trouble finding one of the blind bags.  I think it would have been cheaper if she had just bought a set off of ebay.    I casually mentioned to her that I was a vender and if she had any left over at the end of the show I'd be interested in buying them as a lot.

Well she must have been feed up with the show as she showed up at my table an hour and a 1/2 before it was over.  I asked if she also had the pins, she wanted $20 for the lot but we settled on $15.

Lol I had no idea there were so many the grocery was misleading.

I bought the Furby From my aunt for $1

I can't say I understand the tsum tsum craze.  My dad was having trouble identifying some of the characters, lol. 

These were randomly in the bag.  They don't have any markings but they are cute.

Just found out they're peter rabbit nickelodeon figures.

Look at the gold lion!!  How could I pass that up.

It talks, it's probably from a cereal box.

Bought that Furby from my aunt for $1

I spent $17 dollars on everything.

Dreamworks Spirit Flocked Horse Toys frontier set and Homeland freinds

So this lot came up a while ago on ebay.  It was one of those random lots you happen upon.

It had allot of stuff but most of it looked like junk.  It was one of those quantity vrs quality toy lots.

I looked it over and I noticed a few interesting things, there was a Jurassic Park figure, horse in my pocket, and a few toys from that Disney Dinosaur movie, that I don't think anyone watched.

I like toys with flocking and that's when I noticed the horses.  There were quite a few of them but I couldn't place what they were.  I can't even remember how I figured it out, but they were Spirit horses.  I did some more research and apparently the toys are pretty rare.   Well the price was still to high for me, it ended with no bids.


Eventually the seller re listed it weeks later, for a lower price.  I wasn't able to let it pass me by this time so I bid on it, and I won.

It arrived in a huge box, filled with mostly junk, but this is what I kept.

There were a few schleich animals, some Disney pig, small breyer horses, and a Jerassic Park Pachycephalosarus.

I'm not sure what the wolf it from but it looks pretty nice.

These just looked cute, it's a nice little set.

Now on to the jems.

I can't say I ever remember seeing any spirit toys in stores.

While I'm happy to have saved these they are in rough shape.

She has a little bit of pen marks and is missing quite a bit of flocking.

This one has no pen marks but has very messy hair.  This one is probably in the best shape.

This guy looks like he's in great shape, but he's missing some major flocking on the other side.

I found out later that these came in play sets these particular horses came from the frontier set and the homeland friends set.

My plan is now to try and clean these guys up, I'll post pictures later to see if it helped, lol.

Fox and the Hound, Final Fantasy, Pokemon, Bolt, Dr. Who, Harry Potter, Hercules, Star Wars

I had planned to go thrifting earlier this week, but I got stuck at work.

Because of this I was going to skip thrifting all together this week, but I decided to go for it.

I know I did good last week, but those charms weren't super exciting ( its more fun to find toys, lol). 

I'm so glad I went!!  I found so many great plush and toys.

I think someone donated their collection, some of the tush tags say Laura (some even have a last name).

Some kid was in the toy isle and he had pulled out a pile of play-do.  Another kid opened a bottle of soap...  I don't get why people think it's okay to let their kids run wild.  I was digging through the toys when I looked up and noticed the Piplup.   I had to climb around the danger zone of children, messes and climb a shelf to get him.  Then I noticed more Pokemon, Bolt and the larger Final Fantasy plush. 

Pansage still has his hang tag, and Piplup is like new.  Piplup is made of a minky fabric and you never find Bolt plush.

I just kept finding more and more plush.  The sonic plush is well loved.

Look more plush.  They're all in pretty great shape.

I've never found any Final Fantasy Plush before so I was thrilled.

I even found the other Fox and the Hound plush, that goes with the one I acquired last week

 (see previous post).

I have no idea who this guy is but he takes battery's!!

These are the toys I found.  Some one let go of their Final Fantasy collection, and Doctor Who stuff.

Two of the anime figures are missing their hands, and most are missing stands.

This was my first time finding Dr. Who stuff.  The watch is pretty cool it lights up and talks.

There's even a Dr Who My Little Pony.

The Tick is hiding behind them.

Look a Dinosaur Power Ranger, I think he's part of a Zord.

I paid about $4 for the large Piplup, $3 for Bolt, $1 for the bag of toys.

With the rest of the plush my total came to $12

Fox and the Hound, Gi Joe, schleich, Dinosaurs, Pokemon

It was a long week.  I usually thrift twice a week, but I had to work extra hours so I only went out once this week.  But that's alright I haven't been finding much during the week anyway.

The first thing I found was the Charizard plush.  He was just sitting out in the open.  The fox plush is from Fox and the Hound,  I don't think there's allot of Fox and the Hound merch so I picked him up.  The dinosaur is from avon, and it came with a little baby dino.  The sheep looks old but it doesn't have a tag, it's a music box plush.  The poodle was picked up as a gift.

I have a few yo yo's that  picked up from a church sale years ago, ever since I haven't been able to pass up vintage yo yo's new in package.

The bag of metal is hard to see but I'll talk more about that at the end

I've had some bad luck dealing with other people while thrifting lately.

Two older guys were tossing stuff on the toys so I had to ask if it was okay to look through them.  They said yes but didn't move any of their stuff...  I had to move it, thank's i'd love to.

I filled one large bag.  I found a few old Gi Joe's, animals, part of a power ranger, etc.

The small group of dinosaurs are schleich.  There must be allot of hat less Toy Story Woody's because I usually only find his hat.

I've been slowly collecting these vintage playskool dinosaurs.  

I know they're old but there usually covered in junk and require a cleaning.

Mystery toys again.

These guys are cool, but I'm not sure what they are (no markings).  There super hard plastic and might be from the same time as Gi Joe.

Total cost $2.00

Okay first off I want to say this is not something I'd normally pick up.  I was browsing the jewelry counter on my way out and I noticed a bag, that I thought was  full of coins.

I asked to see it, but it wasn't coins instead they were religious pendents.

I noticed a few of them were sterling silver.  About two years ago everyone was looking for gold at garage sales.  I was never lucky enough to find gold, but I was able to find some sterling silver.  Since then I've been picking up cheap sterling silver, when I find it.  I also thought that I could gift a few.

I'm so glad I did while most of them don't say sterling silver quite a few do.

There was allot of squinting as some of these are quite small but these are all silver.

Not only are these silver but the large one recently sold on ebay for $70.

So I don't think I'll be scraping these, lol.

I paid $3 for the bag ^_^

Preschool Peter Pan, Toy Story, How to train your dragon, FAO schwarz Dog Plush

Sorry guys I'm a bit behind but I'll catch up soon.

I picked this stuff up last Friday.  It wasn't a great day for finds but I did come home with a few new toys.

I was going to pass on buying a bag of toys but then I found Peter Pan and Rex so I put together a small bag.  

I didn't even fill the bag because well there wasn't much.  And of course filler rubber ducky's.

This guy is kind of cool, he reminds me of the preschool marvel figures.

I found a Hercules figure from the same toy line a few months back, I can't seem to figure out what this toy line is called.

He might be new in a box, but the missiles are missing.  So I'll open him and discard the box to save on space.
